Bio

Erik has been shooting since childhood. Being taught by their grandfather, Erik’s interest in firearms stems from the utility of work guns and the curiosity of machines. As he got older, her interest and knowledge of firearms grew.

Along with a passion for firearms, Erik has a strong passion for social justice and uplifting people though solidary of the working class. Erik has worked with leftist organizations in organizing and mutual aid.

Driven by these two passions, Erik co-formed Solidarity Firearms Training with his friend Rob to help ensure our most targeted comrades can have a place to practice their human right to self defense free from the racism, transphobia, queerphobia, and other bigotry that so many other firearms instructors bring.
